Takeda San Diego

Takeda San Diego (TSD) is Takeda's global center for excellence in structure-based drug discovery. TSD integrates cutting-edge protein crystallography and drug discovery technologies to efficiently generate Investigational New Drug (IND) candidates for the treatment of metabolic diseases and cancer. Multiple drug candidates discovered at TSD are currently in clinical trials including SYR322, a potential treatment for type II diabetes.
